well it seems that it really is a NO deposit promotion even though it says on next deposit. I went to live chat to ask since I saw this in the terms and conditions of the promotion " Deposit must be at least $0 to qualify. Maximum bonus amount: $10 " it says deposit must be at least $0 and live shat confirmed it so go ahead and try to claim. I was also told that it was not quite active yet.
