I received this email and downloaded, installed, entered the given username and password and had a balance of $0.00.
I called customer support and evidently woke up the girl on the other end of the line. I had to give her the username 3 times before she got it right.
The reason I was finally given was that they are behind in issueing bonuses and I should have it by tomorrow morning.
So much for "no coupon codes, no waiting for your money."
One thing odd that I noticed on their page for support:
