I voted! I use my prepaid Netspend to deposit and haven't had a withdrawal in a while but would try to use Bank Draft or ACH to withdrawal. I play at Everygame and royal joker....

Quicktender may be a little more expensive, but it's the only absolutely guaranteed method of depositing for me. I have never had a problem using quicktender. Netspend is my second favorite. Accepted most places, and affordable.
