I'm a member at Captain Cooks and I've deposited there too .They ran the same deal last month so of course I asked for a bonus account .It had only been about 2 weeks since I had last deposited .Everybody else was getting $10.Can you believe they only gave me ----$1.So I emailed them and asked why everybody else got $10 and I'm the only one I know who got ---$1?????When they responded,they said was that "it's not a set amount". I dont think I'll be going back there any time soon..But I wish everybody else the best of luck and may everyone find a Jackpot!!!!!

this is a great promo they are real quick at the captain casino there a little slower at casino kingdom but still good customer service they always answer there emails pretty fast

There were some kinda nasty comments about these casinos just because people didn't get such a nice freebie, which I did not believe is fair to the casino so they have been deleted.

If they didn't give you anything at all... and didn't even do the offer - would you have complained? Probably not.. so please think about it before posting your remarks
