to keep it a little competetive, i think 1st place should get 1. this way instead of people doing the minimum to get something extra, they learn how to score points and earn for themselves. i also think that a person should be able to win 1st place prize once a month, not once every three.

I also think 1st place should get one and then another random winner from the other top scorers. This way, those who aren't as good at games get a chance at a prize but there's a better prize (a sure win) for the top scorer who deserves it for being the best -- the best of both worlds! Which is a rare thing to be able to achieve.

I think the highest score should have 1st prize then random selection for the remaining 14 crushers.
