Hmmm.. What Is Going On With This Is Vegas?

Being an American I get very nervous when things happen with a casino.

I LOVE all the Rival Casinos and This Is Vegas has been very generous.

What makes me nervous is...

On the 24th (my birthday) they gave me a free $25 bday present. Like I said they are generous.

Rival ALWAYS pays in 48 hours on the nose. Never have they been late.

I cashed out $200 on the 24th. I still have not been paid. Now this is extremely unusual for them.

I contacted support to see if there was a problem with my cashout.
They said no my account was fine all was good but payments wouldn't be forthcoming till next week!!

This makes me very nervous. Are they short on money? Is there a problem with QuickTender? All they would say was that payments are being delayed.

Anyone else have the same thing happen to them at a Rival?

I hope there isn't going to be a problem with Rivals... that would make me very very sad.

has been waiting on her c/o from superior since last saturday
to her QT. i don't know if she has received it yet or not but, i have been hearing things about payments taking way too long and that makes me nervous as well. oh, and happy belated birthday!

I have a cashout pending from DaVinci's, Valeria. Also to Quicktender. So we shall see. Has been about 3 days.

I wondered when I went to Quicktender and saw a sentence that said, "Deposits will be accepted only from the account holder." I can't remember if that has always been there or not.

funnily enough a couple of weeks ago i had a withdrawal rejected by one of the rivals...think it was this is vegas...said something about withdrawal amount on a bonus or something like that.....can't even remember having took a bonus but the money went back in my account so i just gambled it again lol....but makes me wonder if anything is up with them.....think ill just stick to microgaming for a while their slots are better anyway lol

I was thinking the same thing Royal. I think the problem may be QuickTender.

I wish the Rivals would just tell us there is a problem with QT instead of making us wonder if something is going on with the Rivals..

I know they try very hard to keep a sterling reputation but no payouts with no explanations is hurting their credibility.

HOWEVER, they have always been SO FABULOUS with customer support and payouts in the past I think it is more related to QT. Since everyone with delays seems to be using QT.

then again my heads away with it that much i probably did take a bonus or something knowing me....can't even remember what day iy is half the time lmaoooo was only your posts that made me wonder if they were ok

I'll have Geno get a hold of our affiliate rep and see if he can find out anything about this.

I wish I could withdrawal to my prepaid Visa - Netspend - which takes direct deposits. Problem would be solved

Well, I sure hope it is QT instead of Rival and that Rival will find another way to pay us. Because the Rivals are my very favorite sites!

I've sent off an email to our contact at This is Vegas casino for now. I suspect if there's a delay on other Rivals it may be the same issue.

If that is the case, we did have a recent delay in receiving our affiliate/advertising payments due to someone in the payment department going missing (they went on a short break on a boat or something) and hadn't returned and they were worried about them.

We have, since, received our advertising payment but if it's the same issue, then I suspect that there are a bunch of player payments to be made and I'm sure they will be made when they have suggested.

Of course if/when I hear anything back - I'll post it right here

I made 2 withdrawls one this is vegas and 1 paradise8 and that was on the 21st and by the 23rd I was paid by this is vegas but by the 25th I asked live support on my 400 withdrawal and all of a sudden they want documents so I told them it would have been nice if they could of email but I sent documents and friday they said it will be this week sometime when I get paid but they call me a vip player lol.It also worrys me with the ban.....

After hearing what Geno had to say, my instincts tell me that the Rivals are just having some unfortunate temporary internal problems, but that they are trustworthy and will make it all right with their customers in short time.

Have high hearts and keep the faith, friends! Just hang in there and it will all come out in the wash.

I still think they are very trustworthy. I just think it would be nice to not make customers worry just by saying they are having a temporary problem with QT or internal affairs.

I am not worried about receiving my money... just was a little shocked it wasn't right on time like they have been for the last 2 or 3 years I have been with them. Could always count on the Rivals and I think we all still can.

We will wait to hear what Geno finds out. I am sure it is nothing they won't make right! They are great people at all the Rivals.

i Dont know about this is vegas as i have not used that rivals casino but ive notice a lil different in rivals casinos lately,Simon Says used to be my fav but they getting slow with withdrawals lately i had to mail support last couple off time asking about it,but it came few hours later then,the new one Lions Slot
i had a small withdrawal pending there for almost 3 days usully its gone in 24 hours so in the end i reversed it and played it out(i had sended all my documents)so that 1 doesn't get my vote.The best rival by far i think is Sloto Cash,ive cashed out few times there and i have never had to wait more then 36 hours weekdays or weekends doesn't matter plus you get from 10 to 30 bux rewards there 2-3 times a week and im not a high roller.
