LOL I'm sure you'll be fine ergopro lol I think that we started about 3.5 years ago or so now - but I didn't have Everygame banners in the library then..
Further to my previous notes - I'm sorry I didn't manage to get hold of our guy. However, those of you that have received emails - I do get a copy and believe that it does mention that you can contact him if there is anything more.
I might suggest those that missed out having not realised perhaps ask how much they need to deposit before which date in order to be eligible .... OR ... if you've no more cash to deposit before that date, I guess just leave it down to experience so that you know in 4 weeks you can try again now you know the rules better

thank you so much!!!! I did email Roman back to ask him how close I was since I made a deposit last night and tonight--I am hoping I am close--sometimes I get confused looking at how they have account info setup. He was so nice in his email to me. And it's great how you didn't yell at those of us who got a little excited about it and went ahead without checking first. Thank you again and Happy Easter!!! Hi there all,
I had a chat with Roman today about those that have been denied.
Unfortunately there have been a lot of non-depositing abusers trying it on - those in future will be just ignored.
However, if you attempt to redeem and have deposited and are near the qualifying amount, Roman will work that out and give you a day or so to deposit the extra in order to be eligible.
However,
The simplest way is to check your DEPOSIT HISTORY - AND BONUS HISTORY (which is in the Deposit History).
REMEMBER THE AMOUNT OF DEPOSITS(S) REQUIRED FOR EACH MUST BE MADE UP OF DEPOSITS ON WHICH YOU HAVE NOT ALREADY CLAIMED A BONUS!!!
In order to not waste so much of Roman's or our time, we would appreciate it (and will keep this going for you!) if you can all check yourselves and only submit redeem claims to which you are 100% sure you are eligible.

Hi there jignle,
You will get an email once your claim has been approved or denied..
If it is denied - he will also (from my last discussions with him), also advise you how much you would need to deposit in order to be able to claim and within what time period.
If you've not got any email yet it's simply because he's not around (it's a long weekend for most - being Easter) and no claims are processed during the weekend.
