$40 From Club Player

has anyone had an email from club player saying that if you update your acct. info. they'll give you $40 free? all they ask for in the email is your acct. name and phone #. then they're supposed to call back and verify your phone #.

What they want to do is update your fax back and acount profile info, normaly you would get $100 for submiting faxback and account info plus personal copies of id, and other, $40 is for updating existing info already submited. do a live chat , should go quick, unless they say that you need to call back during bussiness hrs. Casinos giving $100 for faxback info are palace of chance, club player and i think shark not to shur about shark .... brain fart deffinatly first two , ask live chat who else does this

Be careful,Iused to love ClubPlayer my favorite rtg, but getting paid is not their strong point. Yes I ve done the fax back forms and 3 or 4 days later they say Its not clear enough try it again. I played and deposited more money there than any other casino. I liked them so much that after The Neteller fall I spent $70.00 to get $50.00 via Western Union. But they do it under the radar. They gave me a name etc. to send it to. Well one of the support team gave me the 50 before it was picked up by this person. A week later they say I owe them 50 because The Person could no longer get the money. So I reversed the 50 back to me and they still claim that I owe them money! Its very funny, so after years of deposits very few wins they and I closed the account. My point is I guess they are not Reliable.

Support is good though, Its the only casino that has called me on the phone to tell me about promotions!

They are VERY VERY VERY slow to pay, but it usually does come through. Too bad I rarely win there.

note on "about not being clear enough" what they are doing to read faxback for is zooming or blowing up returned faxbax , the pixells "picture" comes out of focus, i told them to crop bigger or use a different program to blow it up, their using a program that doesn't re enhance picture quality, prob. paint or something.... i sugested a printer\scaner software and they said ok much better\ rec. credit in about 1 min for $100.....some of their techs arnt that smart....so dont keep resending fax tell them to use a proper enlarging program......so they can read your info
