Hi Gitte,
Which email program are you using to view our emails?
It might be that you need to enable HTML emails possibly but if you let me know which program (or if using webmail then which one - then maybe I can test and have a look).
Otherwise - you can find ALL of our Promo Emails in the Newsletter Archive
What I'll try and do is get a link at the top of the email so you can click and view it straight from the archive where it should always look fine.
(The Newsletter Archive is the 4th from the top right menu option)
