Hi there Bower50,
The way it works is that you select the bank in your country to which you can send money (it can be a different bank - that's at least the way it works for me).
Once you select the bank and fill in the details (if neccesary) and press submit and it will give you the payment details and what to put as the reference number.
You then send the money from your bank account to the bank / account no. you are given and make sure you include your reference (I think it starts with some initial letters followed by your account number).
Then, it's best to go to Confirm My Deposit (in EcoCard), and fill in the details as follows:-
- the bank to which you are deposting your money
- the amount
- the currency of your bank / of the amount you are sending
- the bank from which you are depositing with any other details (bank code/account number) - it's freeform text.
Once the money has been sent, a few days later it will be credited to your ecocard account (just keep checking until it appears).
Hope that helps
Best regards always,
Geno/CC

Hi,
Bower yes it would be ok for Canadians to accept peer 2 peer transfers...
But that is for now...what if they decided to change their minds like they did with the USA...
I signed up for an Ecco Card acc and I'm with BMO and it took all my details....I have yet to make a deposit or withdrawal...
When I do I will let you know and vice versa please that way we can know what to expect...
Geno is right but he is in the UK and we are here in Canada...It should work the exact same way but who knows anymore with all this BS going on everywhere
Hugs,
Sarah

Thanks sisters...I have just started Use My Bank again, I hate giving out my password though.
I read in another forum someone received a letter from a CDN bank warning them the dangers of Use My Bank and what a security risk it is.
We just can really win now can we?!! I miss Neteller
Actually you are, great spinning and screenshots by the way!!
Thanks

Hi,
Update on Ecocard....
I had some cashouts deposited into my Ecocard acct...I had noticed that the only bank they had registered for Canadian players was Royal Bank so I email support and received this email....So it doesn't matter which bank you deal with in Canada
Dear Client,
There is no problem. Royal Bank account belongs to us and in case you wish to deposit from your bank account to EcoCard account, you need to transfer your funds into that account.
Withdrawal
There is only one way how to make a withdrawal - wire transfer.
Thus you need to create your own bank account details under Payment option section.
After that please generate a request for withdrawal. The request for it can be generated 24/7 by logging into EcoCard, going to the "Withdraw" section and selecting a method and amount of withdrawal - wire transfer. It takes 2-3 business days to process the withdrawal request + until 5 days for funds to reach your bank account.
Please feel free to contact us should you require any further assistance.
Regards,
Oguz
