"Where's the socks?" CONTEST CLOSED WINNER ANNOUNC

Hello Crushers!

This contest is from Geno.

Every year for Christmas Geno's mom has bought him socks. He could count on socks every year since he can remember. Over the years they've even joked about "is this my present with socks in it?"...lol well one year mom didn't buy Geno socks and Geno was a little disappointed. (probably went a year without socks, just kidding Geno lol)

Geno was wondering what do you always get every year and from whom - and did that ever happen to you? Please also remember to place a casino banner in your post.

RULES
1. All members entering this contest must tell us what their gift is that they get every year or a favorite gift they received from someone special one year. Also remember to place a casino banner in your post.

2. All members doing this will be placed into a random drawing, where we will give away 1 $30 Neteller Prize.

4. The winner must have at least 3,000 cc points in order to claim a cash prize. If the selected winner has less then 3,000 cc points then they will receive 3,000 cc points in lieu of the $30 in their Neteller account.

5. All those entering must have a certified Neteller account in order for us to make payment on the prize awarded. Contest will end December 19, 2005 11:59 pm EST and the prize will be awarded within 10 days after the drawing.

Every year at christmas I can alway count on my Mom getting me something of use for the house. Last year it was a deep frier & a bed set, this year it will be a new vacume cleaner. I make sure she knows what I want or need........LOL

my birthday is just 2 days after christmas- so i only get 1 present but usually they are good pressies

and no one yet- has ever repeated their presents for me- but hey- im only 23

my mom was always good about getting us kids what we wanted the most for christmas as long as it was resonable and so each year i knew to ask for what i wanted the most.now on the other hand i know when my motherin law brings a present over its gonna be what she didnt want the year before that she recieved so i can usually guess what shell be bringing lol.

From husband some kind of candy which he eats. he loves sweets.

what socks contest !

Ever year my mom would give us home -made peanut butter candy ,along with whatever else she got us . I miss that so much ,since she passed away .( & I miss getting her peanut brittle candy every year , she loved it ) along with her gift .I always get a ring or a neckless from someone , every year . MERRY CHRISTMAS ALL ! Thanks for the contests ! some of them bring back so many memories !

I don't really have anything I get regularly. Everyone knows I love the strange and unusual, so I like unique gifts. Each year I can count on hubby getting me my favorite Xmas taste treats, eggnog and fruitcake served with a big kiss.

HI CRUSHERS, well for the last 15 yrs iv hated christmas, and with good reason. so i would never put up tree. then when my grandaughters were 4 and 7 they bought me a prelite tree that sits on table, i got to admit it is pretty. rog and i think a lot of that little tree, ty josie46 ps they told thir mon grandma needs a treethey are now 7 and 10

I never get same gift since Im married. When I was with my parents, my Mom always bought us ( me and my two brothers) nice gifts accompany by couple of books.It was a must to get at least two or three books. Then we would read them at evenings and before New Year we were exchanging them between ourselves. I like this tradition very much, so now I give my son couple of books besides regular gift.

Well what I liked most before my mother passed away was she always made the BEST fudge and divinity. The fudge was always many different kinds for everyone. Some liked nuts, some hated nuts, some liked frosting some hated frosting etc. I do miss her fudge very much.

I have one uncle who always gave out strange gifts. He went to a lot of auctions and I guess that's where he would buy these things. It was always a whole case of something odd, and everyone in the family would get one of the items in the case. Same thing for each person, whether it was appropriate or not. So one year, I got a ballcap that had "Otasco" written on the front - I was about 7 probably then. Another year, we all got a bottle of doggie shampoo - only a few of us had a dog! My favorite was the year he gave us all a bag of beef jerky!
Before my grandparents on my mother's side died, they gave us (each of their grandkids) the same thing every year - a card with a $5 bill in it. Every year, since I was born til I was about 22 years old. My brother's name is Brian, and his was always addressed to "Brain". Guess my grandpa just never noticed he was misspelling it every year.

Something knitted from mom. Usually too big sweater. Mittens and scarves even a purse to match. Everything matching. Everyone gets something knitted. My mom is lost on airplanes now without those long knitting needles. They some serious weapons! Merry Christmas!

Year after Year gift

For me year after year my dad always brings me cashews and a bottle of dewers. I guess he knows his daughter!! mackieo
