Well, my email asking for explicit instructions on how to cash out was answered by their stock fill out our fax back form and send in with ID which I had already done....what a joke their customer service is. Will keep you all posted on my progress.

I just spoke to chat about the free chip ,they said that my last transaction was a free chip.
I know for sure that my last transaction was a deposit , as you can see in account history
I don't like to be cheated by a casino.
I closed my account there.
They won't get a penny from me again.

I just requested a cashout. I was told by support to use the E-check option for withdrawal. Just fill in the information asked for and and Echeck will go directly to your bank account. Sounds simple enough. Hope it goes through.

I am very new to this online gaming. The horror stories I have read about this promo makes me want to run back to the local Indian Reservation or Las Vegas.

Does this happen often, the lock outs and non-payment? Has this casino shown this type of behavior in the past.

I am really curious. As I said I am really new to all of this. If someone would give me the 411 on these online casinos I would really appreciate.

connie not all casinos are bad, some are very good and yes sometimes things do go wrong, but that is life in a nutshell, this particular bonus is from a wonderful casino and have cashed out many many times, you have to always read the terms and conditions of any bonus anywhere and in if in doubt ask someone here in the banter and bitch'n thread

a lot of times people will take these bonuses, sometimes many in a row then bitch when they can't cashout....they dont follow the rules, i am not saying its anybody here but a lot of the times this is the case
