Thanks everyone for your taking part in this contest - many great answers - a few went out of order but I'm pleased to see this was quickly corrected and we managed to get up to 41 ...
So, I made 3 draws from the ranges as follows:-

16-30 -- 19 -- 19- Christmas is fun not frightening! - tobad wins $5 for 500 CCpoints

The first number for each range drawn was a valid and correct answer ... so
