December 2023 - BIG CCpoints Cash Raffle WINNERS DRAWN!

Dear Crushers,

I know many of you have accumulated a HUGE amount of CCpoints and whilst these are needed in order to cash in your prizes - quite a few of you have a huge excess of points that you can't do so much with ... so here is your chance to get something for them!

THIS CONTEST IS ONLY OPEN TO THOSE WITH AT LEAST 500,000 CCpoints! (as at 16th December 2023) -- please see the list at the bottom of this post.

I am going to make a raffle where each ticket will cost 100,000 CCpoints! EVERY TICKET WILL WIN SOMETHING!!

Each member can spend a maximum of 1,000,000 CCpoints in this raffle (10 x 100,000 CCpoints tickets). Of course - you can only spend CCpoints you actually have (if you have less than 1,000,000 CCpoints).

IMPORTANT: THIS POST WILL BE UNLOCKED FOR 5 DAYS ONLY TO REDEEM CCPOINTS TO BUY YOUR RAFFLE TICKETS! (you can use that time to earn / win more CCpoints)

IT WILL BE OPEN FROM THE START OF THE 16TH DECEMBER UNTIL END OF 20TH DECEMBER.
A LIST OF ELIGIBLE MEMBERS WILL BE ADDED NEAR THE BOTTOM OF THIS CONTEST WHEN IT OPENS

AT LEAST 3 DIFFERENT MEMBERS WITH MUST TAKE PART AND THERE MUST BE AT LEAST 5 TICKETS (IN TOTAL) REQUESTED TO BE BOUGHT/REDEEMED OTHERWISE THE RAFFLE WILL NOT TAKE PLACE (NO CC-POINTS TILL BE DEDUCTED) so please make sure you post your entry by 20th December!

Each (eligible) member with 500,000 CCpoints or more can enter as follows:-

- How many tickets you wish to redeem/buy and how many CCpoints that will cost (100,000 CCpoints for 1 ticket up to a maximum of 10 tickets for 1,000,000 CCpoints / or as many CCpoints you have at the time you make your post).

-- For example - I would like to buy 3 tickets for 300,000 CCpoints

Soon after the post closes (on/soon after 21st December), I will go through and redeem the Cpoints for Raffle Tickets (I will check you have enough of course and only allow the maximum available to you).

THE PRIZE STRUCTURE and DRAWING RULES including ticket number allocation:-

Ticket number Allocation
I will process the conversion of CCpoints to tickets in the order they are posted (earliest first) and ticket numbers will be allocated starting with number 1 and continuously upwards until we have the total number of tickets (tickets bought will be sequentially numbered ... so if you are the first to post and ask for 7 tickets - your tickets will be numbered 1 thru 7 inclusive. The next poster will have tickets 8 , 9 , 10 (if say, they as for 3 tickets).

Prize Structure
Based on the number of tickets there will be prizes drawn as follows:-

For every 5 tickets purchased (rounded UP to the nearest 5) there will be the following prizes:-

1 x $20, 2 x $10, 2 x $5 (yes -- EVERY ticket will win something!)

So, if there are 16-20 tickets, there will be 4 x $20, 8 x $10, $ 8 x $5 ... available (see below as highest only prizes will be drawn at the end when the number of tickets is not exactly a multiple of 5)

Drawing Rules

1. For every 5 total tickets (or part thereof) prizes will be drawn repeatedly (from all tickets) as follows:-
---- 1 x $20 prize
---- 2 x $10 prizes
---- 2 x $5 prizes

So, 5 prizes (as above) will be drawn, and then another 5 prizes in the same order based on the total number of 5 tickets.

2. Each ticket may only be drawn as a winner ONCE but of course an individual member will win on EVERY ticket they bought/redeemed for CCpoints.

3. If we rounded up the total tickets divided by 5 for the total number of sets of prizes (e.g. if there were 17 total tickets then we would draw 3 full lots of the above prizes and then the remaining 2 will be 1 x $20 and then 1 x $10) ....

The drawn numbers and prizes along with winners will be posted here and added to the Contest Winners page (each prize will need to be redeemed for 1 CCpoints for this special contest!), so standard terms and conditions are not the same (although you will still need the minimum total of $20 in total pending contest winnings to be paid).

I hope this gives those of you with lots of CCpoints a good opportunity to get something quicker for all those CCpoints you have collected!

I will make a reply to this post again when it has been unlocked (on 16th December ) - so you can then redeem your CCpoints for tickets

I have not yet redeemed CCpoints for tickets - I will do this first and allocate ticket numbers before making the draw
