Well i think i have this correct, or i could be totaly off lol. I think Geno is from Sweden, and Dr.Crush is Canadian i tihnk. Like i said i could be way off.

Sorry to go off topic here, but maybe concans situation could be solved and the chat facility put to good use.

Explain the procedure on chat and get concans desktop up and running, it may be a lot quicker to explain this way than with email.
