Just made my 1st deposit at rival software and im up like $115 in like 10 mins i thinks i like it here and does any 1 no how i find out how much i have wagerd in the casino software and i did take on the sign up bonus so does that deposit count toward a cc point redeem ? any way a few smilies me thinks

You will have to play through the requirements and then you can cash out whatever you want. There are no max cashouts which is wonderful, although I think the limit per day is $2000.

Now to figure out if you have met the requirements is very simple. Go to cashier and click on the bonus you claimed (It will probably say "Now playing Such and Such Bonus") After you click on that it will go to another screen and you scroll to the bottom. If you have met your required play it will say Required play met. Then you can cash out or play any other games with no penalties if there were restrictions on play of certain games.

To cash out you do a withdrawal request and they will pay you in 48 hours practically to the minute. If you have ANY questions or want to verify your playthrough just contact LIVE HELP in the cashier.

They are very friendly and very helpful. I have NEVER been disappointed with this group of casinos and have almost always been able to cash out every time I play unless I get greedy

Oh and the deposit counts toward your CC point redeem but NOT the bonus amount. Just the amount you actually deposited.

its kinda off misleading a bit because active could mean the promo bonus is still active and the outher 1 says the opposite.

also did you say that i can cashout the bonus aswell?

If in doubt ask live help about your playthrough but yes it looks like you met playthrough requirements and you can cash out your WHOLE balance. If you have $300 in your balance you can cash out $300.

If I have a high balance I like to cashout all but a $100 so I still have some to play with.

Also check your comps. You can cash them out anytime and there is NO playthrough requirements. In fact you could cash out your comps then do a withdrawal with your existing balance plus comps!

When I said cashout your comps I mean redeem them. In the lobby just click redeem comps below the comp area. It will take you to the cashier. Scroll to bottom where it asks you to verify your comp redeem. Click yes and it will deposit your comps in your balance. You can them withdraw all of it if you wish. There is NO PLAYTHROUGH on comps ever. They are yours to do what you want with them... Play or cashout

thanks valeria i asked earlier because there live help was offline and email support well you no i just spoke 2 live chat and indeed i have met them woohhoo and now ive got $556 with comps but it allmost went wrong my 1st $100 deposit was the sign up and i was doing great then i lost it all on a game ive never played before the new years eve game slot in like 30 mins flat so i didnt click out the game brought up cashier made anouther $100 deposit and used the reload coupon and i new the free spins were coming because it took over $200 with no free spins and i hit them 4 about $150 real quick after deposit should just made an cash deposit then i would off been in profit i do that sometimes in that situation but i new that i still wanted 2 play alot more today 2 early 2 take the money and run then i just sailed through the rest off the wagering it was a bit easy yur no but not complaining i dont no the slots there so im sure theres gonna be alot off pitfalls along the way thanks 4 the help today sometimes some people just dont care but valeria you were here 4 me thanks.
