I got one of those blue boxes today and there was no number where the voucher number was supposed to be. anybody else have this problem

i got the white box and the number on mine was on the back of a small card.... i thre it away then figured why would they [ay so much postage on just a box so i checked and it was for 100 bucks

I didn't have a number on my voucher either so I contacted support and was told to e-mail or fax a copy of the voucher along with a copy of the original packaging (to show proof of mailing address).

I was having problems with my scanner so I took a couple of pictures and attached them to an e-mail and sent it to the Promotions Dept. about 24 hours ago. I haven't heard back yet but I know that Promotions work limited hours so it may take a few days.

I don't mind the wait as I was surprised to receive the gift in the first place.

gosh, Jinx...I sure hope they give it to you. Mine was in my account within 12 hours. That kind of stinks that they forget to put the numbered sticker on your voucher.

wow mine from grand bay and big dollar were in my account within seconds... when you put in the code if it says it is accepted , log out then back in and it should be there,... just waiting for it to appear will take forever

got mine and used it for loads of fun... but no wins... oh well

After having to e-mail them a copy of my voucher and original packaging a few days went by with no reply. Upon checking my account before calling them, I happily found that the $100 had indeed been credited. I enjoyed playing for quite a while, eventually losing it.

The funny thing is that I went to playcheck and they had actually taken care of this less than 24 hrs after I first contacted them.

Silly me for letting days pass awaiting a response via e-mail from the Promotions Dept.

I received my free £100 4 weeks before Christmas. I got up to £280, then decided to withdraw £190, leaving £90 bonus which I would lose but, hey, that was £190 for Christmas.
No it wasn't! They said I couldn't withdraw less than £200, then they said I hadn't achieved the playthrough.
So what's the point of the Clear Play Bonus System?
