Q - Hi, I was playing of your free monthly £50 bonus. Now in order to cash-out
I have to wager £1000. So if I made a deposit to do the wagering and got
your 100% sign up offer, would I have to wager £1000 for the free monthly
plus 25x my deposit?
A - Yes. Once you finish the £1000 wagering requirement for the
monthly bonus, that particular bonus balance will be released as real
money. Remember though that when you deposit, you will see your whole
balance (deposited + unqualified monthly bonus) when playing in the
games. However, only bets placed with your real money will be counted
towards the qualification. The system always uses real money first
when you place bets. If you use up all your own money and start
playing with the unqualified bonus money, those bets will not be
counted. You can see the breakdown of your balances in the My Account
section of the website, or in the My Account pop down panel inside the
games (at the top of the game window). The monthly bonus is the
Playable Bonus balance.
Once you have fully qualified the monthly bonus, you will start
qualifying the second bonus, the 100% bonus for your deposit, with a
