i called and was told no bonus wrong advertised then contacted live support & they asked who sent the email & i told them casino tropez
& they said ok & credited me the $10

They need to know the e-mail came from casino tropez-their sister casino, then you'll receive the bonus. Don't forget the phrase "it's a winning season." There's a yellow online support button on the left center to bottom of the lobby screen after logon. This does work for all, but as always you have to be ready when you talk to livesupport,distract them bla-bla-if ideposit 20$ bla-bla-how much bonus..bla....thank you..for the invitation....can you credit.. and so on.....be smart,offensive ,but polite and humble!
