Balance Returns To $0.00

I don't want to put this in the "Banter & Bitchin'" file... just yet... but I am REALLY confused!

I received the $50 No Deposit Bonus as I mentioned in the 'confirmation' list of "I got mine's!".... I went over played for a while... and during my play...of GoldBeard.. I got 5 Ships..(4 ships + 3 {wild}captains on the right [wheel 5]) and won $250. + I had been playing on it ... left (played CC Bingo),, came back and was playing for a while....then all of sudden... my $$ balance went to $0.00 and a pop up came on and said I had nonsufficient funds!!

This is the second time it has done this type of thing.... is there a particular reason why this has happened!!

Can anyone help me understand why this is happening.... is it just me???Help, me out here, CRUSHERS, PLEASE??

have you talked to support? live chat or called the casino? I need a little more info to try to
help you. from my own experience this has happened to me once, at bet royale I was playing and
all of a sudden the game shut down and when I logged back on my balance was zero. mind you I was
playing on a free chip and didn't contact the casino, because I figured it happened because I
had claimed to many free chips without making a deposit lol.

I only play there free chips when I'm broke and bored I would never deposit there or at any
virtual casino group because of ther bad rep.

I emailed them... and still waiting for a reply!... and yes it is Club Player and as I said in my message that if they expect me to be a loyal, depositing player they need to learn how to treat them... because these kinds of things do NOT encourage me to deposit anymore, by any means!.... I will be checking my messages soon... and will let ya know what happens.... and the truth is ..... Free Chip I usually don't plan on Cashing Out on anyway...they are just to play with... (literally), and they do in fact help display a bit more about how the (Casino/games), will act.. I am glad that it was not from a deposit I had made... for certain! Will be in touch...soon....

Hi i dont play at club player because they stiffed me out off $88 from bad support. But i played at coolcat same group on a $100 faxback free chip 1 x maxcashout and i withdrawal for $200 and they paid me $200 instead off $100 what goes around comes around, They do pay just takes to long to get paid to make it worth while. But i think i may try poc as i havent played there and the no max cashout no wagering bonus looks pritty good.
