RULES FOR FREE CHIPS:

If you have previously enjoyed any of our non-deposit free chip offers, you will not be eligible for any successive non-deposit free offers until and unless you have made a real money deposit within three months.
All winnings from free chip offers will only be sent via Neteller.
The free chip must be wagered 20 (twenty) times in order to cash out.

Thanks Geno. I cashed out from CoolCat a few months ago on a free chip offer. Their customer service was really good and the money was in my Neteller account within a couple of days after I sent in all the documents they asked for. I may go back and deposit sometime when I have some extra cash on hand.
