i think this is a non-US casino.

I was able to enter the casino with the "RJ" account number, but there was no bonus. I contacted support and they credited the $10 within an hour. Also, I'm a US player.... so USA okay (though maybe only if you already had an active account with them). Thanks for the post. I missed that email entirely

Tim it gives you intructions on what to do hun after you download the casino...all you do is ad the RJ in front of your regular Everygame acct # and use the same password...If for some reason the $$'s arn't there contact support, that's what I had to do and they were terrific...I played over 3 hrs on the 10.00 freebie

Hi wintermare, as this new casino only offers euros and U.S. dollars. They can not duplicate the account if say your account is in UK pounds. And BTW I think that you need to put rj before your Everygame account number, And not in caps like it was said from the thread starter.
