You must have deposited with Cirrus in the past to claim this coupon. If you have not yet ever made a deposit with us, you will have to do so before being eligible to claim this free chip. If your last transaction was a free chip, you will have to make a deposit before claiming as we only allow one free chip between each deposit.

I am very unhappy with Cirrus. I used to deposit with them all the time and have won several times there.
They have kicked me out of the casino because I had a dispute with them one time so I can never play there again. This is what they said to me in chat.

Frank: Welcome to Cirrus Casino, how can I assist you today?
trasaun: I wanted to know why my account says I can not log in
Frank: Thank you for holding. I will be with you in a few moments.
Frank: may I have your full name please ?
trasaun: trasaun brown
trasaun: i have made deposits before at the casino, but have not recently because I have not been able to log in
Frank: the account is closed
Frank: as you have disputed charges in the past
trasaun: i had only had a problem once and they fixed that problem for me
trasaun: so i will not be able to play here anymore
Frank: no ma'am
trasaun: ok no problem ill play at the other casinos
