Dear Crushers,

During the run up to Christmas and New Year we have new contests announced daily relating to the festive season. Each of these contests may run for more than 1 day and the end of this contest is shown above

This contest idea is from NonoNanette who was rewarded for this idea in our November "Help Us Prepare" contest

TELL US ... YOUR FAVORITE CHRISTMAS DECORATION (ONE ANSWER ONLY)

- You must make ONE reply only (anyone posting more than one for ANY reason will be disqualified)
- Include in your reply what you consider is the Best Christmas decoration.

How will Winner(s) will be determined?

There will be 1 prize of 1 x $5 for 500 CCpoints randomly drawn from all eligible posts.

Hanging lights around the house outside , love to come home at dark and see bright lights from the distance. The whole street is light out and it feels like Christmas . The only part missing is snow ...

my favorite decoration, by far, is the small embroidered angel that sits atop my one foot tree. The angel was embroidered by my father, while he was hospitalized with cancer.

I have a beautiful little angel that a dear friend crocheted for me almost 40 years ago. She is only 2 inches high so she always gets a good spot on my tree where everyone can see and admire her.

my favorite decoration for the Christmas is the lights. The way they twinkle and shine all through the night. It makes everything around them so much brighter and good.

I love Christmas lights with lots of color!! I love seeing all of the houses that put up light displays for Christmas. I like to have lots of them on the tree and in the windows. The more the merrier!
