It is going for a total of 10 weeks. I made my 1st deposit last week for $25 and lost it but when I was credited with the $25 bonus I met wagering requirements and cashed out $260 on the 5th. I received e-mail saying linked accounts and asking for full name address & phone and a copy of ID & utility/phone bill, I seen the email 2 days later and replied with the info almost 48hrs ago & all I have heard was the reply saying the info was forwarded to the correct department. I also sent yesturday another email directly to the department who requested the info & am waiting to hear something. I hope they pay me, I only have 1 account & no one elese lives with me except my two kids so I know nobody has used any of my info or my computer to open an account except for me. I will post again with the results of my cashout.

Well since I have sent the documents and asked for info. I have emailed the department the document were sent to & no reply, response or update on my withdrawal, I have emailed the help desk & they always reply asap but can't give me answers they don't know, all they can really do is forward my email . The support/help desk is great but I can't seem to get the status of my withdrawal which is not due to the help desk but do to the other departments just ignoring my emails as well as the ones the help desk has forwarded. I made the withdrawal on the 5th & seen the email requesting info & documents early on the 8th & replied with the requested info & attached the documents asked for. I have not even received a reply or response from the department handling the issue saying they received the documents which I sent a second time directly to the documents department 24 hrs after the help desk forwarded the ones I attached to the reply I sent to the request. There is no telephone # at all for the casino & no live support. I guess I will wait & see if I get an update or if I get paid on monday to m Neteller .........

I've heard a lot of good things about this casino Suziq012. I'm sure that you won't have a problem getting your money. From my experience the first time cashouts take a little longer and since it is the weekend, there is a good possibility that the cashiering department won't get to it until the earliest monday.

I hope everything works out but I sent the documents on wed. & again on thurs. to be sure they were correctly forwarded from the help desk and never got anything from the department handling it, not even an automatic reply saying they received it. I made the withdrawal last sunday the 5th & received email saying withdrawal was received & would be processed in due course (1 week ago) received request for info & documents on mon. the 6th but did not check email until early wed. the 8th in which I relied asap with everything that was asked for & have heard nothing except from help desk which has no knowledge of what the status is. I have emailed the documents department & sent email to complaints yesturday (sat) & no reply from them either. The help desk has been very prompt & polite about it but they don't really know anything to tell me. I will wait & see what happens when monday comes & let you know.
