I have so many problems with their emails. I would get them on a regular basis, then all of a sudden they would stop. I contact support and after back and forth emails, I start receiving them again only to stop receiving them three or four months later. This has been going on for the past year and a half. I just submitted an email to them again indicating that I was not receiving emails.

And I have stopped getting the freebies a couple of years ago when I couldn't remove my old, expired credit cards, so I couldn't add a new one. I tried getting it all straightened out with Casino Rewards in 2007, but after about 4 months of no action, I gave up.

Finally I was able to get everything straightened out in November and made a small deposit at Blackjack Ballroom to test it, but like I said, Their emails stopped coming.

Oh well, what can you do.
