well this i dont find amusing never had any problems with any Rivals before,i deposit 100 at Superior just because i got this promo mail last Thursday about deposit between Wednesday and Saturday and get a freebie on Sunday and cashback on Monday,checked in there today found nothing so i called live support this is what she had to say
all i can say i feel like they stole my 100 i wasn't gona deposit there if it wasn't for there promo mail

A few Rival's have done the same to me, barred from bonus. Like you say though, why send the e-mail in the first place? Shabby if you ask me, they should at least honour it and then remove you since you deposited based on the e-mail.

I only deposit at SlotoCash & Da Vinci's Gold now, excellent customer service and a 100% match every month. SlotoCash are very fast in paying too if you're part of the VIP club and those slots can be HOT! Very Happy Very Happy

Awww..... yes ~ "bonus blocked".
All of my Rival accounts (owned by Bonne Chance)have been "bonus Blocked" since back in June.

Well, all except for SLOTO' - they are the Best, whether you win or lose, you still keep your VIP status... basically, they do not cut you off, because you win.

Now, the others... in all honesty, will cut you off if you have cashed out, too much...
That is what I was told when dealing with a few of the VIP Mgrs.
They used different wording, though....
"deposit to withdrawal" ratio in favor of the player, can easily kick the system into gear and "cut you off" from any, and/or - in many cases all Bonuses.


I WAS a HUGE depositor in ALL the Rivals.
I cashed out quite a bit, back in April and May, pretty much from all of them... like Thousands and Thousands.

I realize, now, that I am okay without their bonuses.
They kinda' did me a favor!
I would have still been playing at their casinos, and would not have ended up a "winner", overall.
They had a chance at getting their money back!!
AND, they blew it!!!
I have not played at any of them for quite some time, and don't plan to in the future.

I play at Slotocash too for same reason.I couldn't claim at Superior,now their are no promotions showing.Too bad they were my favourite.

ive not had any problems there myself ega....but wtg geno for getting in contact with them so soon and getting a reply back so soon...just goes to show you really are daman and if anyone wonders why casino crush is the best place on the net just check out what the staff do for us all...any gambling problems and theyll help us out.... thanks again geno for all your hard work and even tho it doesn't affect me its a great feeling that if any casino i regularly use ever screws me then i know ive someone to turn to...hope the answers good news ega

The promotions might be ok, for now.

But, if you win a lot - and, cash it out... don't be surprised if they disappear, again.

Mine were re-activated at Simon Says, Paradise8 and Cocoa a few times.
But, their system kept "auto" blocking my acct., and finally I was told by
VIP Mgrs., that it was basically out of their hands.
I do appreciate efforts made by the VIP Mgrs., at Cocoa and Paradise.

The funny thing when I got "blocked" and dropped from the highest level
of VIP possible all the way down to "below, Member" status -
is that most of my huge cashouts were not even generated from using
any Bonus at all.
I play Video Poker and nearly every deposit bonus offered does not allow
Video Poker.
AND, then sometimes I did play only slots and used a deposit bonus.


"The more you play, the higher VIP Level you will be"
That's what they say on their websites!

What they don't say, is that if you cashout more than what you have
deposited - you are no longer a valued player and can be labeled
a "strategic" player versus a "recreational" player.
And, a "strategic" player, is also, an "abusive" player

I don't know 'bout anyone else, but I am not going to lie....
I play at the Casinos, because I LOVE Money and enjoy winning, when it does happen!
If I want recreation, I will go to the park and ride a skateboard or something....
If I want to throw money into a game, with not even a slight 'chance' of
getting it back and possibly more... I can go to the Video Arcade.

Sorry, there still lingers a small bit of some bitterness with the "Bonne
Chance" Owned and Operated Casinos after that Drama-Trauma I
experienced this summer.

Kinda' ruined that, "I won, I won" feeling.

This can happen at any casino.
I was blocked from iNetBet for bonuses
for a long time...which really confused me because i deposited there all the time.They sent me a e-mail to get a 100% match bonus but when I went to redeem it it said contact customer service,so I did and that is when I found out that if you use coupons or bonuses or even win contests at gambling forums or whatever they will block you for bonus abuse.inet told me that after I made a few deposits without using a coupon then I would be eligable once again for promos. So I did and after several months they lifted my "bonus abuser" title LOL and I never ever cashed out thousands or even hundreds. So its not just Rival that does this.

I play at all the rivals also, simon says being one of my favorites. but i did deposit last week and never did get my freebie. after reading this i don't think that i will contact them due to fear that my account will be blocked too Mad .
this is vegas has blocked me from promotions. i had deposited there a lot and out of the blue i was going to deposit again...lo and behold i didn't have anything to claim so i contacted live chat then i got a e-mail saying that i can no longer use bonuses but i can play without one. Rolling Eyes
in my opinion the rivals are getting tight with their bonuses with redicilous playthroughs on them. so, it might be better to deposit without a bonus attatched to it anyway. just my 2 cents on this subject.
