Dear Crushers,
In March, many casino sites experienced a great number of problems with Mastercard chargebacks (due to Mastercard withholding money deposited that were identified as Gaming transactions - which is against their usage policy in many countries). This in turn meant that a number of casinos basically have 'lost' money from deposits that they may not get back - and in turn this affects the money they can pay affiliates (we are an affiliate business).
For different places, this has meant some have not been able to pay us as soon, or as much, or in some cases - have made to make staggered payments which in turn has meant we have not received as much money and the money received has been slower.
Again, we do appreciate the frustration, but please believe me - we concur these frustrations as we always want to pay everyone as quickly as possible and when delays occur - they are beyond our control.
For the next 3 months (April-June inclusive) we will need to reduce our contests budget whilst things get back to normal and we have a better idea of what amounts to expect and when going forward. Don't worry - there will still be plenty of contests and plenty of prizes - but we will just need to reduce it a bit for the time being until we have a better picture of things ongoing.
Thanks everyone for your patience and once again - PLEASE DO NOT CHASE US FOR PAYMENTS - WE HAVE A VERY CLEAR PICTURE OF WHAT IS OWED AND TO WHOM - and no payments are left forgotten - however long it takes us.
Contest changes are on the following for the months of April, May and June:
Tell us about contests we'll be doing 2 contests at $30 each instead of 4.
Bingo Marathon we'll be having 4 mystery $30 prize games instead of 8.
Saturday Night Chat we'll be having 1 session at 1:30 pm instead of 2 sessions. The 9:00 pm chat has been cancelled until July.
Featured Game Contest, we'll be playing 1 Featured Game for the month instead of 2. Prizes will be 2 x $30 for the month.
Total Game Point Contest, the prizes will be 2 x $30 prizes instead of 1 x $50 and 1 x $30 prize.
Casino Reviews Contest has changed to up to 5 x $50 prizes for the "Best" written Reviews.
Mazes, Geno is working on the maze games and of course its easier to do when they are not in play. We may however have maze games but the prizes will be CC points and VIP points, possibly smaller money prizes.
Contests Not Affected:
VIP Point Program will remain the same
LUU Contest will remain the same
Casino Rewards Tournament will remain the same
Crushers, please remember these changes are only for a trial period of April, May and June and we'll review things further from there.
AND with all of this in mind, please remember we are STILL the only forum giving away this amount of money which is all earned with your support and participation - and we will continue to keep the money flowing back to you as much as we can.

I am not at all worried about the money issues, or waiting. Winning money is not why I spend so much time here. It is a nice addition to a really great place full of really great people! I am very proud to be part of the Casino Crush family!!
