Did you already have a casino downloaded to play ? I got that too for River Nile Casino (but email was from Casino US). I didn't have either casino downloaded and when I tried to download any Vegas Partner Lounge casino I got "Download Failed-Please try again later". I had this same problem with Challenge and even the direct links chat support gave me failed. I finally gave up after they didn't answer emails. I wanted to deposit and play at Challenge to be in the tourny here but had to deposit with Villento and Rich Reels instead. I sent an email to Vegas Partner Lounge to see if they can help but nothing so far.

I received the same email. I can't use them yet because my desktop is fried and the cord to my laptop got cewed up by a cat. Right now , I,m on my daughter's computer and she won't let me download anything, so I guess I'll have to wait. But that's my own problems.............

Webdeb, did you try to reply directly to the email and explain your problem? I have found that sometimes doing it that way can help. Good luck, I hope you get this issue resolved.
