I've cashed out there a few times.Nothing big though.Their manager Chris was great the one time I did have a problem with support.If you've used numerous freebies then don't expect to cash in any jackpot wins.

I am glad to hear that Bower and mabey I should have went over support and sent chat to manager as I went in to see how to make deposit and what kind of documents as I always have withdrawl put in qt so never have sent in documents anywhere and was told even before i sent them in If I did not deposit right then (and I wasnt claiming a chip just asking on deposits)then he would close my acct.I told him that was very rude someone asking for help and get threatened and I would let my forum see chat and his reply was go ahead and I will make sure you dont gamble online again.So I closed them but I shoulda mabey sent my chat to manager as I did OC who found it very rude also.

My problem was similar and after straightening it out the manager put $100
in my account with no playthru and no max cashout for all my troubles.
