My review of 21Grand Casino
21Grand is a Rival Casino, formerly called Gold Rock Casino. They add new games often so they have a nice selection of slots as well as video pokers, table games and Keno. Some of my favorites are Candy Cottage, one of Rival's newest games, as well as Scary Rich 2 and Gobbler's Gold. They offer a $21 free chip to new customers, as well as a 210% first deposit match. Playthrough on bonuses seem more reasonable at this casino than some other Rivals. I have deposited with both credit card and UseMyWallet, but I have not had the pleasure of cashing out just yet. I have always had a good experience with this casino. I have been playing there for over a year now, and quite often recently. I usually use my visa card, but they also accept EWalletExpress, Quicktender, UsemyBank, Click2Pay, ClickandBuy, Moneybookers and wire transfers. Mastercard is no longer an option, and they are currently offering very generous match bonuses for deposits made with an e-wallet. They offer withdrawals to ewallets, ACH to your bank account, and checks; the minimum for ACH/check is $100.00. Customer service is friendly and efficient; they offer live chat and email support; I have used both and found them prompt and courteous. They are generous with their free bonuses, and they also offer a 15% cashback chip on your losses for the previous month. Their loyalty program is the same as other Rivals, 1,000 comp points redeem for $1. As mentioned earlier, I have not cashed out from this casino; I've heard of a member here who experienced quite a delay with their payout, but I can not speak from my own experience.
Based on my experience with 21Grand, I would recommend them to others, because I have been treated very fairly by them. I like the games that are offered, and I like that they are generous with their bonuses and that their customer service is great. I am a Microgaming fan, but with the new games that Rival is introducing, they are running a close second to MG. I would play more often if I could use my Mastercard, but this is not exclusive to this casino; most sites are no longer accepting Mastercard. USA players are welcome, but unfortunately Canadians are banned. 21Grand is VIP enabled, which means you will get up to 2 vip points for your first deposit, and may claim monthly points are additional deposits. 21Grand offers play in USD, as well as Euro, GBP and Zar.
