I had just got the newsletter and replied. Less than an hour later I got an email from them that said "Congratulations, my coupon had been redeemed and my account had been credited with $ 30.00". I logged in but there was nothing there. I talked to Frank on live chat but he was so busy, I gave up. I sent support an email on it last night but no answer yet and as of a few minutes ago no $ 30.00.
