I have a friend who deposited and run his account up to over $800 and they still have not paid him.
Anyone have any news on this one?

Well, it looks like TrueWager was a total fiasco. I ran my free $10 up to $90 and am unable to cash out. They do not answer email and PokerRoom review is unable to help as well. It appears that they opened prematurely and are unable to pay.

A few other forums did try to promote True Wagers Poker. There has been a lot of bad press concerning them lately. I know of one forum, that has removed their banner and will not be promoting them again.
I hope you did not lose any money on their site by depositing.
