Casino Management Chain Of Command?

Hello,

If one were to come up against Tech-Support/Customer Service issues, and the Casino Manager is also not capable of completing his duties to the satisfaction of the customer....to whom is the Casino Manager's Supervisor....

Basically, in all actuality, exactly what is the chain of command and the title of each person from CEO all the way down to the host of a casino.

Please contact me ASAP...with information, I truly will appreciate my fellow crushers input on this query!!

It depends on the casino.
Sometimes the Casino Manager can be the owner, sometimes just an employee trying to diffuse a "situation".

That is the downfall of playing at online casinos unfortunately.

Thanks for the post, I do appreciate the support...I s'pose I should have at least disclosed the type of casino....

I usually frequent RTG Casino;s.....any other suggestions...I truly do appreciate the help...and I just hope that I can resolve my issues before I decide to publicly announce their one bad apple in my barrell , so to speak!

First of all. If you downloaded the casino from a CC banner, PM Crushadmin and explain the entire situation including casino and casino acount number. If you have e-mails or copies of Live Chat transcripts tell him that also.

Geno (Crushadmin) will intercede for you and try to get a satisfactory solution between you and the casino.

To PM Crushadmin just click on You Have No New Messages in the top red menu above each page. Click New Message and in the To field put Crushadmin.

He will look into it and contact you. This is the best way to resolve your issues if you can't get satisfaction between you and the casino.

Valeria, I would like to thank you, and Geno, as well as ALL of my fellow CRUSHERS.... I actually did as you suggested... and contacted the Casino Manager again,...this time I was spoke to tech-support , and I was told that the Manager would be back in 15 minutes...which I began to even inquire to him about my issue...and just as we ironed out the misunderstanding .....suddenly the Casino Manager(heard in the background), was in a calmer frame of mind ...but I did get my problem resolved.....BUT I feel much better knowing that there is someone that I can have to help me out .....that would be, you Geno.....YOU ARE APPRECIATED!!!...as well as the Crushers .....The BEST find on the Net!...and with bonuses, tooooooo!!!LOL
