Dear maw,

I have discussed this with our affiliate manager and she was VERY apologetic. We both did a lot to 'rush' this in for 1st September and unfortunately the 'technical' fellows were busy with the launch of 'Titan Poker' (see other global topic) so they hadn't finished doing the 200% bonus on time for us. This has now been corrected and they will manually credit your bonus within 12 hours of this post (probably sooner).

All,
I have now had reassurance from Vegas Red and our affiliate manager that this has now all been fixed so anyone signing up and depositing will now be credited the full 200% match bonus - automatically.

Of course if anyone has any probs, questions - please let me know and I'll keep watching this topic.

Sorry for the 'teething' problems on this. It has sometimes been the case when we have 'exclusive' offers - so hopefully the bonus of the offer outweighs the bit of confusion that sometimes occurs.

We will use this to learn from and ensure we check these things in the future.

i think thease casinos ought to have a bonus called back again} so people that have made deposites , will make them again. i remember when you used to get bonus on 2nd and 3rd deposites. now its just signup bonus, they would get a lot more players, and would keep steady coustmers, ty josie46
