I would pm Geno first before going to Casinomeister IF you downloaded it through our forum link. That is absolutely the fastest way to get results.

I hope you have saved all your emails.

Vegas Regal and all of the Rivals have always been good on payouts. Because it is a check however, it will take MUCH longer to receive but they should be able to tell you WHEN the check was mailed. The date.

Then depending on the mail and what they used to mail it... priority or standard etc.

Please check with Geno first.

okay, I sent a PM to crush admin..on the 14th I think..but haven't heard anything back yet. and no check still.. if i PM'd crush admin does that go to Geno? and I know he has more than just me to deal with.. but I just want o make sure I sent it to the right person to help me. can anyone tell me if that is the right place to send any questions? (to crush admin, does that go to Geno?)

Like I said..another resource...Of course casino crush would be the first..
I can say from my own experiences that I have had to go there three times in regards to getting paid from a casino and I had results within one day..I was just trying to help her with some options, never meaning to
say she should go there first...if it appeared that way, my apologies Smile
One other thing, when i have problems getting paid and start worrying, i often look there to see if a problem with that casino has popped up. Since so many people go there with problems it is a good resource to know if other people are currently complaining about the same thing..just my thoughts...

The one thing I know as a fact, Geno is always looking out for CC members.

No..I haven't gotten my money..I was told that they stopped issuing checks because they stopped doing business with the processor they used and they placed my winnings back into my account so for now I am stuck trying to find a way to withdraw my winnings using ewallet express or another means. I do not have a regular checking account and by trying to get a prepaid card to do this with is turning out to be a problem because the money transfer companies ask for a check number from the account and obviously there is none..
I asked the casino when they might have someone to start processing their checks AND ACH transactions again...their answer was "we don't know, it will be a while."
I am wondering how they are paying people if they don't have a processor to keep detailed records?
I am not trying to cause trouble here.. I mean after all.. It's only $245.00 and they took $105.00 as a sticky..
Maybe I am just not understanding things I guess..

Shawtygirl if you have a savings account ewalletexpress can use that no need for checking. If you do not have a savings account most banks will allow you to open one with sometimes as as $5 this may be an option. Why won't the casino issue you a check by mail have you inquired about this?

Thir exact words to me were that their "processor" that they were doing business with was no longer their "Processor" so they were not issuing any "checks or "ACH's".. that is why I am so confused..I am taking a guess that the term "Processor" means their bank???
I am trying right now to get a savings account..and just do things that way..
I was never rude or never hassled the casino at all about getting my winnings and didn't even start to question things until at least 3 weeks after trying to cash out.
