It is possible for the server to track it but there is absolutely no excuse for the rude response from support. If you look on the site under contact us or support, you might find an email address for the manager & I sure would send a copy of that chat session. Angry is what the manager might look like after receiving it.

I received the exact same email. I had email support myself regarding why my BCRxxxxxx account had not been locked if I could no longer play at the casino. I think they thought I was talking about the USAxxxxxx account I created with them.
My argument with them is that they never emailed to let us know we could no longer play there, so we assumed everything was still a go. We are still allowed to log into the BCRxxxxxx accounts and the forum so we go and do the Vote Bonus only to be told after we voted we can't get the bonus. Then we are told we can still play under this new account, and still no bonuses. What is the difference between a Deposit Bonus and a No Deposit Bonus??????????? Why can we have one and not the other?
This email did not answer any of my questions. I just dont trust them.

Oh and I understand the ISP may be blocking US from playing the games which is why I asked him if they were crediting the other accounts instead to see if we would be able to play in those accounts. He just could not answer that question.

Why does it say usa account ? try to go to the bank as if you were going to purchase & see if it will let you....... what internet connection do you have? do you live iin one of the 11 states that are banned?

I live in NH. I do not believe we are banned. I have the $5 charts vote bonus credited but when I try to play the games it loads but then a pop up comes up saying the game has been disabled. Sorry for the inconvinence. Please try again later. This has been since yesterday and when I try to get help I get the runaround. The popup does NOT look like an ISP pop up it looks like a Brandy pop up!

I tried to go to the bank and it wont even try to connect. I have verizon dsl.
Never had any problems before. I think it is just an excuse unless someone out there knows something I do not.

OK, now I am really lost.
why dont all us crushers just bombard them with emails demanding an answer for our fellow crusher mmeverett. We need to stick together on this one! think I will go to their forum and demand a clear answer also. If they get enough responce, they are going to be forced into doing something. enough of this running around the bush crepe. It should be cut and dry. they do or dont. its simple......

Santa025....You are the BEST! Thanks for the support. I still have not heard anything from the manager. I went back to live support this morn. but Alex was on so I just disconnected (dont want to deal with him anymore!) I have the $5 charts vote bonus money in my USA account and all I really want to know is when they are going to have those games running for me to use it. What is the point of receiving the bonus if we cannot play it? The message I receive when loading the game is from BRANDY not the ISP. I emailed a screenprint of this to Vicky last night in support (she is awesome!). But I have not heard back yet. It seems Brandy is trying to use the ISP as an excuse instead of standing up to what they are doing.

Anyway Thanks Again for the support. truly appreciated!

Yes. Only do the charts it is a measly $5. I would definitely love to know if anyone else is having trouble logging into the games. Also take note if you cannot log into a game let me know if you think the popup looks Brandy or ISP. I definitely say Brandy!!!

yeah support justhad attitiude with me to after i asked them for some help with understanding the vote bonus after yesterday they told me i was eligable to receive it and then today they told me i am -!expletive!- them and there atttudes, some support i wouldnt vote for them now they paid me 100!!!
