I DOWNLOADED from this link and contacted support online they said there is no such no deposit bonus and that they are not running any no deposit bonuses at this time ??

hmmm, sorry guys. I did receive the bonus. It didn't last long at all, but i did receive it. I was told by support that it is automaticaly added to account. After i registerd, I looged out then back in and in a few minutes it was there. Maybe its only for email recipients but I looked all through the one i received and all it said is that they are offering it to all who open a reall account.

Again, really sorry all. I dont understand why some sites do that. Give the bonus only to a select few and refuse others. If it is a sign up bonus then all should be able to receive it for singing up.

I waited 30 minutes now chat guy Gordon is telling me this expired 8/2/05 so I am going to call.

So I couldn't figure out how to copy my live chat while on the casino. Basically Gordon said this offer expired 08/02/05. I pasted the conversation i had with live support 30 minutes prior and this made no difference. Any suggestions?

This is one of those deals I will see threw. So I contacted live support and got Angie, asked her if I call the phone number will I be able to speak too a manager. She said yes. I call the number and Marcus answer's the phone. I asked him if he also responds to live chat he said yes. I asked for him to look at the chat window and read what I copied to her. It was the chat I had with him about the no deposit bonus. After reading this he tells me this offer was for a limited number of players. So I asked for his supervisor he responds with he is the supervisor. I said so you own this casino. He said no, he works for them. I said who do you work for, he said black widow casino. I said who is the big boss. He said I could email the manager at manager@blackwidow.com. Said his name was Blake Shoemaker. I said Marcus one of your live chat support people named Sandra is telling people that Black Widow doesn't offer no deposit bonus's. He stated it was only too the first 1000. I too received the run around, I registered on 8-2., first I was told there was no such promotion, them I was told by Mark that the promo ended 8-2nd, I do know this I will NEVER deposit at Black Widow as most times you go through so much to cash out at some of these casino's and their customer service was shady by all means...

I have only heard bad things about this place as well as Grand Banks. Their history goes back a few years with player issues of non-payment.

i signed up a few days ago. got nothing , today i got email from them asking me to do a short survey and they would deposit 10 chip in my account. link will only work for the spefic account or i would have posted it. did the survey so now ill wait n see what happens.
