ok kinda got the run around today, the " BIG SHOT" promotion from big dollar that was supposed to run the month of february is no longer available. i was waiting for the promo to switch in my software cause its supposed to run wednesday - sunday and i never got it so i called and support said it is no longer available. hmmm, then why would they state the whole month on their promo page if they were only running it for a week? geez..

I am really frustrated with this group, I am not sure how they can just pull the promo, yes, I realize mamagement has the right to do that but.....
There are going to be a lot of disappointed and irritated customers.

i cashed out on this promotion last week for 105,000.00 and got an emailk today i regret to inform you that we cannt approve your withdraw due to a malfunction in this promo we have decided to refund all your deposits which i have not received those ither ridiculous huh and they continue to say sorry for any inconvience we hope you will still play in our casino and i wouldnt anyway but now my account is locked

thanx guys i have saved all emails from them regarding this and yes im a loyal depositer with this casino and i have called a lawyer i am pursuing this and yes i have gone by all terms and conditions i emailed the manager back stating im going to pursue this right away if no response by tomorrow

have you by chance checked with casinomeister on this? I know that brian (the casinomeister) has helped me with a previous problem.
Just thought if you haven't tried that yet, it might be a good resource for you.

Hearing what happened to you really saddens me..
