yes, if you never deposited before and you get the coupon to work you can not cash out!!!! So why take the chance of taking the chip when its useless to non-depositers? and o be honest this is what turns casinos against freebies!!!! you can play in free mode forever. also if you take the chip and your not eligable, you can not take a future chip unless you deposit...

well i used that code SUPERBOWLXLI and did the playthrough to cash out 100.00 dollars. So i cash out and now withdrawal is pending lets see what happens. I even talked to James Cash at live chat and he said i was able to cash out. I will let you all know............Thanks for the code

I was told the last time I could cashout since I received the coupon to my inbox...made the pt, send documents, was given a runaround for two weeks and after that was told I cannot cashout...told them to close my account...
F- in my books anyway...not the first person who's had problems with them...
