Arcade Help Please - 30 Jul 2011

Hi Crushers!!!

We have a Crusher that one night was able to play games in the arcade to the next day when she clicks on a game (any game) all she gets is a blank screen.

She has deleted her temp files and cookies and updated her flash ... that about does it for suggestions from me.

Please, any one have any suggestions? It would be very much appreciated!!!

I have no clue,besides asking do they have enough game points to play???

I have lots a game points but any game I click on comes up with only a Blank page

She could have a corrupted file here I suppose as a last resort. She already cleaned her cache and cookies.. so other than that she could try reinstalling flash after she has UNINSTALLED the previous one. Have her uninstall flash, reboot totally, and reinstalling it.
Don't just reinstall over the old one.

Also she could try updating Windows or whatever operating system she is using.
sometimes just using windows update can fix a multitude of problems.

Hi Rebecca- Few questions are needed before I can try and help with this.

-What System are you using?
-What browser?
-Did Microsft Windows do updates between then and now that it is blank?
-Any software removed or added between?
-Is Flash Player the newest Version?
-Java the newest version?

Maybe run a register cleaner (Glarysoft).

Easycleaner or CCleaner are also usefull to fix minor bugs.

Helpt me out lots of times, and are easy and safe to use.

In case your using Google Chrome, install a IE-TAB extension or plug-in.

I would try to refresh screen. I have had the blank screen a few times when I went to CC- Daily Treasure, I tried the refresh button and it worked.
