It appears their site is undergoing maintenance at the moment - this is a server configuration page.

I've made contact with our affiliate manager via email but not sure if I'll hear back today so hold fire I'd say until Monday on this one

I dont know how any1 else did but i sat for over 20 min. waiting for any kind of of response from customer svc... guess i'll try later hopefully they'll be back from lunch--lol!!!

Zonn,you have to unlock money then click on BM then click green lock to lock in place,then u can play.

Yeah, customer service sometimes takes up to 15 to 20 minutes to respond, but they are SWAMPED with all us impatient free bonus hunters, so just go play the fun money til they can get to you. I have always had great service once they are able to get to me.
