I'm patient..... I was just posting what i was told to tell you from Live Support. They said to post "We no longer have that bonus"
I was just confused because I thought i did all the right steps....

Well, even they have web-forms, etc, i read from few ezboard forum, that all these offers are expired. But

but I let them know I wasn't pleased that they still had the forms up on their website to be filled out LOL

I contacted Carnival this morning and asked about it. They FIRST ask you when you filled it out (which I think is so they can tell you it expired before that) I am getting sooo cynical LOL

They said well we can offer you a great bonus of $100 for $20 today instead! Now that is a very nice bonus hmm 400%? but feeling evil and a bit grumpy I told them thanks but I would have to think about it cuz I get nervous about casinos that have forms on their website for free money that is no longer "valid" heheh I am so bad! They had absolutely nothing to reply to that as I waited and waited and I then said.. well seems your very busy I will be back another time...

SPANK ME!! but dang I couldn't help it

I swear I was reading the fine print on their website and they say you can't cash out ANY winnings on the $20 that it is only for you to bet real money so you know that fun accounts and money accounts don't play differently. So double check...
