Can someone give me any advise here...

I have been with all jackpots for a while now, deposited there several times but whan i went to join the tourneys i gave my user name and it said an email would be sent out to confirm this was me. Several attemps later still no email had come. No response from support so now what.

I do not have their emails blocked and they have not gone into my spam, so I do not understand why i am not getting this confirmation from them.

Has anyone else had this problem and if so what did you do?
Or if anyone can give me some sort of ideas as to what to do that would be fab.

Lol OC I've been on a mission haven't I!!!

I am already signed up to Royal Vegas and have played a few times at their casino.

Do you have to use the same tourney name at each casino as this may be my problem.???

I thought All Jackpots would be better to play at as I deposit there more than Royal Vegas so if I ever got as close to the top spot where I would need to buy in to continue, it's more likely that I would have funds in All Jackpots.

Hi Mel, yes you use the same tourney name in all of the casinos that have these tournaments.

I started out with Royal Vegas, then they banned my state from playing and so I switched to All Jackpots, which is my preferred casino to play anyway. lol

So next tournament login to your All Jackpots account and register for the tourney with your tourney name from Royal Vegas and you're set to go hun.
