Acct Held Hostage Until Deposit Made

MY ACCOUNT IS BEING HELD HOSTAGE BY COOL CAT CASINO UNTIL A DEPOSIT IS MADE EVEN THOUGH I'VE NEVER MADE AN ATTEMPT TO CASH OUT USING A N/D COUPON. THEY HAVE DECIDED TO NOT REMOVE A PLAYTHROUGH AMOUNT UNTIL A DEPOSIT IS MADE. I HAVE FOUND THIS WITH ONE OTHER RTG CASINO AND FIND THIS PRACTICE TO BE DECEITFUL AS WELL AS DISHONEST. WHY WOULD I EVEN CONSIDER DEPOSITING WITH A CASINO WHO, IN MY OPINION, CHOOSES A FORM OF EXTORTION IN ORDER TO PLAY A N/D COUPON WHICH I AM FULLY AWARE IS NOT CONSIDERED CASHABLE VIA THEIR TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

ALL CASINOS ADOPTING THIS POLICY WILL BE REMOVED FROM MY COMPUTER THEREBY ELIMINATING THEM FROM ANY FUTURE DEPOSITS. I'M DONE!

I think it is their way to stop people redeeming coupons without a deposit. Their rules are simple. We need to make a deposit before redeeming another free chip. If we all know we can't cash out, why we continue to redeem free chips?
In my opinion it's better play for fun and not for real money.

several other RTGs have done the same to me - not to mention that I tried to cash out at 2 of them, on a straight deposit, (had not used a freebie in quite awhile) and was told "that my deposit of $20 was a nuisance deposit" and did not qualify me to win. Oh well - live and learn - slowly, but learn

I had that happen to me also when I simply talked to live support on how to get documents to them so I could deposit ,again another rtg casino.I was told deposit now or they were gonna lock my account which just really surprised me as I never was talked to like that so I told him you are so rude you can just close my acct as all I was doing is asking for help and I said i would never recommend nor would I ever have a nice reply to a post of their casino and his reply was go ahead and I will make sure your online gambling will stop also and then said chat has ended so I know how you feel....

Hey all! joeydawgs here, well don't fret over the loss of rtg or aka the virtual groups. My account is held hostage as well, and thats with all of them, accept for Club USA, who are rtg, but not apart of the ROGUE VIRTUAL GROUP. I spoke with Coolcat on the phone, and they called me a chip abuser, because I redeemed mega free nd chips but never made a deposit, and tried to cash out. I have to admit, it is in there policy, that u must make a deposit between free chips, I have known that for a long time. However I will tell you this much, they practically begged me to make a deposit, and then they will allow me to reedem free chips again providing I deposit in between the free chips. Any casino that begs u to make a deposit, is money hungry, therefore I would never make a deposit there. I have deposited, at sportsbook, club usa, they are good and reputable and also RTG. I also play in a lot of freeroll casinos, english harbour, vip slots , silver dollar, are also good casino's. As well as 3Dice casino. So what im saying is that the virtual group rtg casino's are no great loss. There are many other reputable on line casino's u can play at, who are not money hungry and pay out fast. Just food for thought
