i don't even bother with ANY rival casinos anymore because of the same problems i've had after i've registered a new acct (4x this happened) it always locks up my acct right after i've just registered. and then when i contacted support, they responded with the same thing..."multiple, duplicate accts shown...blah blah" and i DON't have duplicate accts for the SAME casino, but i have a few accts with the RIVAL casinos. from what i know you are allowed to have 1 acct at each casino even if it is from the same gaming brand...i mean can you imagine if we were only allowed to register a new acct for 1 microgaming casino?!! then that would mean you wouldn't be allowed to register at 100+ other microgaming casinos and you had 1 casino to play!! rival people are idiots. i don't know how they figure i'm opening multiple accts when the 4 casinos i've tried to register at (and was locked out) had all been BRAND NEW RIVAL CASINOS. ultimately, i wouldn't even have known it unless i saw it listed in the forum where no deposits are posted. geez!! i really like the variety of games at rival casinos, but i'm not wasting my time, and you guys that don't have the same issues should be cautious about giving them your money...they might not let you withdrawal if they see you have an acct at davincis or pantasia, because they consider that being "duplicate accts"
