well i reached wagering requirements and wanted to cash out, but was told i have to deposit this is a bit strange however because this is what website says about the bonus in Security an FAQ
3.6 Do I have to make a deposit to cashout winnings from the $10 Free Welcome Bonus?

got back an e-mail where they are still telling me to deposit, i find this a bit wierd as they say on their website i do not have to make any deposit to cashout.

I had no problems at all. Downloaded - registered - When I went to cashier my bonus was there. I played for almost two hours on my $10 and had a great time! I even received a very friendly email reminding me not to forget to play my free $10. I am intending to try a small deposit and see how it goes.
Hopefully they are just a new casinos - with new employees ...that are
new to the rules and software... and they will get better in time.

I have the same problem. I got locked out at every Rival also except Superior Casino. I don't know what the problem is either. I've tried e-mailing there support and anything to get it straightened out but no answer from any. I just stick with Superior......."they are like the name states SUPERIOR" they rock!! I consider it their loss and my gain by not taking my money.
