It is called Leap year. 
I played leap frog when I was a kid, but it was usually with my brothers and they didn't stay nice about it for very long and a lot of times a fight was started.

I don't know why they call it leap year BUT it is suppose to catch us up in time for the previous 3 years and did you know that years that are LEAP YEAR are divisible by 4 but not by 100

that is true win4maw, except when it is divisible by 400, wich is why 2000 was a leap year, and year 2400 will be also

oh orange i hate your really hard contests...after hours of pondering im guessing its called a leap year lol...ok i cheated and copied everyone elses answer....yeah ive tried leap frog when younger until one really fat kid nearly flattened me lol so that was last i tried it.....anyway have fun everyone and orange thanks for the quickie....contest that is... cyas
