It done zilch 4 about 3000 spins at 90 cents then finally a decent feature and minus a $100 bonus i am 70 cents up whoowhoo no really woohooo i was goin 2 break the bank this morning but i have survivrd 2 spin anouther day but i am having problems with my comp points my comp point balance is zero i dont surpose any one has play there before and knows why this could be?

I can't believe these guys at jackpots in a flash i made my 2nd deposit when i had 20 cent left in my account which was bonus and now i have zero bonus left in my account because i played on a lot after that 2nd deposit so its just a cash balance and they tell me i still have 2 wager $800 left on my account because off the 20 cent but in the cashier section it says you can cash out your cash balance at any time and cing that i have no bonus that just sucks
so it looks like I Am With Stupids

I think your right because you never got the bonus 4 sure where i did but lost it all but 4 the 20 cent your a lot more in the right than me thats 4 sure.
also my problem with my casino is there clear play bonus system didn't work so it said a full cash balance in the cashier and in the casino after my 1st deposit i had it on auto spin and was counting my bets up 2 my last 20 cent
but my main beef with them is in the cashier section it says your cash balance can be cashed out at any time and gues what i 4 sure only have a cash balance because i spun a hell of a lot after my 2nd depsoit off $100. good luck with it mirrors34 it would be very crooked off them if they dont give you your cashout.

that's what I thought and live chat thought the same but couldn't correct it and to email the boss............so I did.........

Is there a reason why you didn't hit the last 20?

I always empty my account before depositing..That can be a trap as you have pointed out to all of us......Just hit some good ones and get that money out of there.

i gues the reason i didn't hit the last 20 is the way i play slots i was betting at 90cent, the thing is the way i c it is you can hit your free spins at any time but normaly there is an average and you also have 2 remember that if you start touching the coins or the 0.1 and so on i find from my own experience it resets it self 2 the beginning and then you would get lucky or not i think its not the case 4 some games if you click on the 0.1 coin thing because the paylines dont come up before the 1st spin. when in my case today when i got down 2 my last 20 i got a pop up saying auto play stop click yes 2 go 2 banking which you can and you dont start from the beginning doin that and i normaly only do that and make anouther deposit if i had just spun a lot before or auto play was stopped on a higher number off spins, it can really work out 4 you if you got a big bonus and you got totaly skanked out off all of it on 1 slot then you make an cash deposit and cross your fingers that the bigger feature win is coming up, in my case today when i got back 2 playing with my $100.20 cent i hit my free spins on my 5 spin but it had been paying so poorly 4 a 90 cent bet i won like $34 so i had $134 which could have been all cash and a nice kick back i do that a lot when i play a bonus away. all my features which was a lot were about the $30 - £40 mark except 4 the last 1 which i posted as this topic i hit 4 off the top pays and a wild thrown in as a doubler i was get such poor wins but my last three features in a row retriggerd and i still got around $30-40 mark. also today at euro grand i took them up on there buy £20 get £100 deal i got it up 2 about £140 real quick on golden tour at £1.25 a spin and done some nice wagering then clicked in 4 anouther game and it took it straight i wanted 2 make anouther deposit but i had 2 get in touch with live surport 2 make sure i dont get a bonus which would off been 30% and 2 have all my bonus removed 4 the day and she took so long my game closed down threw inactivity i dont normaly play in pounds so maybe that was a good thing after all it could off got messy at £1.25 cash betting 4 a game i havent played that much only in the past with like my last few dollars here and there and allways done well so that was the plan 4 today but it led me 2 jackpots in a flash. but i will have 2 say i got my bonus real quick from them in like 30 mins or less after filling in the claims form and 2 all off my emails today they have allways reply within the 30-45 min mark. any way i have gone on a bit but you did ask that little question didn't you its just the way i play slots from pritty much the 1st time i sat down in front off 1 i allways play 2 i get that kick back.bye 4 now gl with everything and any comments 2 how i play slots would be very welcome 4 anyone reading this does anyone play like me theres gootaa be someone

o and the only outher skill 2 playing i think is knowing when 2 up your bets 2 get some or all of your cash back or more but i only do this after i hit my bonus round but thats just me but dont normaly do this because it can go badly wrong because off the way i play em if i start betting lower than my balance can easly afford i will pritty much allways up em.

all i can say to that is get Geno to help you... he's pretty good at straightening out the bonus messes with the managers. as for your comp balance, make sure you have signed up for the comp program in that casino cause some of them you have to opt into manually, you aren't just automatically added to the comp program when you open an account, so i would definitely check into their policy on that. good luck to ya.. take care

Hi guys ~

Just throwing my 2 cents worth in and hoping it may help you.

I have never known any casino to not expect some certain amount of playthrough before you cash out -- right or wrong of them -- UNLESS.....(and here is the catch that WE can finally use, instead of them).....If you write them an email and keep a copy of it for yourself, telling them to put you on their "NO BONUS LIST", then you can cash out any time you please......whether you are winning or losing!

Personally, I like to use their bonus money to try out several of their games and see how they pay off. Then, when the bonus money is gone, if I am not pretty far ahead, I write that email!

I learned about this from communicating to and from many support people and managers at many casinos.

You might not like doing things that way, and to each his own. I am only saying that it always works out best for ME, so that when I win some money, I know that money is MY profit! With the email on record, they cannot argue with you.

Hi every 1 my comp points are ok now i forgot 2 mention that in my previous 2 posts they said in an email that it can take 2-3 hours for them 2 show up and im a little mad that i still have $800 2 wager but i have 2 play somewhere today and it will give me something to do.

Guys and gals,

Generally speaking - with any Microgaming Bonus - if you have a bonus in your account BEFORE you make a deposit - my advice is purely to play that bonus out to zero - BEFORE You make your deposit.

The bonus playthrough is then reset to zero.

This is the way that the Microgaming Bonus system works (from experience) and in my opinion an easier way to go than other suggestions I've seen.
