refund cc pts. if casino denies claim?

Hi, I tried to redeem 2500 cc pts. to my Everygame acct. for a free 25. I believed I had met the requirements, but was denied because of the automatic bonuses I received,but didn't request. Can I get those cc pts. back because I have re- met the casino dep. requirements without receiving related bonuses, but am lacking enough cc pts. packer
